Leatherface x Yesterday's Ring - Tour 2010 (Poster)

La plupart mesurent 10’’ x 19,5’’, mais certains ont été coupés différemment.
Je ne me souviens plus pourquoi... ça fait quand même 15 ans.

C’était l’affiche de la tournée que Yesterday’s Ring a faite avec Leatherface,
à travers les États-Unis et le Canada.

C’était assez fou de hang out tous les jours avec notre band préféré,
mais je dirais que ce n’était pas une situation si facile que ça.

Un de nos membres était un peu à la dérive et, un jour, quelque part au Tennessee,
il a bu une bouteille de whisky au complet.
Il pleurait et frappait dans les murs de la van en criant le nom de sa blonde (ex).

L’ambiance était moyenne à ce niveau-là,
mais au moins, on avait many, many sachets de ketchup
dégotés par notre driver / roadie, La Racaille.

L’affiche est un design d’Alice Jarry, aka Big Poiss.
C’est une sérigraphie sur papier.
Il en reste 8 en tout.

I don’t remember why...it was 15 years ago.

It was the tour poster from the run Yesterday’s Ring did with Leatherface,
across the United States and Canada.

It was pretty wild to hang out every day with our favorite band,
but I wouldn’t say it was an easy situation.

One of our members was a bit lost at the time, and one day, somewhere in Tennessee,
he drank an entire bottle of whiskey.
He was crying and punching the walls of the van while yelling his (ex) girlfriend’s name.

The vibe was pretty rough on that front,
but at least we had many, many ketchup packets
scavenged by our driver / roadie, La Racaille.

The poster was designed by Alice Jarry, aka Big Poiss.
It’s a silkscreen print on paper.
